Orders

No minimum order required. You can purchase as little as one bottle or as many as you like. We also offer the option to purchase a full case of 6 bottles of the same wine at checkout.

Yes. Each product page allows you to select a quantity of 6 bottles (one full case) of the same wine. This is a great option if you’ve found a label you love or want to stock your cellar.

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@unique-wines.com or +1 941 500 9007. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, modifications are no longer possible.

An order confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. For further assistance, contact us at info@unique-wines.com.

Shipping

Actualmente, solo realizamos envíos  dentro de Florida . Todos los envíos cumplen con las regulaciones estatales de Florida que rigen la venta y entrega directa al consumidor de bebidas alcohólicas.

Los pedidos se procesan en un plazo de 1 a 2 días hábiles. Una vez enviados, la mayoría de los pedidos llegan en un plazo de  48 a 72 horas . Los plazos de entrega reales pueden variar según su ubicación en Florida y la disponibilidad de la empresa de transporte.

Realizamos envíos a través de  FedEx  y  UPS , ambas empresas autorizadas para el transporte de bebidas alcohólicas. La empresa de transporte asignada a su pedido se determina en función de su dirección de entrega y la disponibilidad del producto.

Los gastos de envío se calculan al finalizar la compra en función de tu dirección de entrega, el peso del paquete y las tarifas vigentes de la empresa de transporte. El importe exacto se mostrará antes de que completes tu compra; sin sorpresas.

Una vez que tu pedido haya sido enviado, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con un número de seguimiento. Puedes usarlo directamente en  fedex.com  o  ups.com  para seguir tu envío en tiempo real. Sin sorpresas.

Todos los envíos de alcohol requieren la  firma de un adulto (mayor de 21 años) al momento de la entrega . FedEx solicitará una identificación oficial válida para confirmar la edad. Si no hay ningún adulto presente, la empresa de mensajería realizará intentos de entrega adicionales según su política habitual. Tras varios intentos fallidos, el paquete podría ser retenido en una sucursal de la empresa de mensajería para que el cliente lo recoja. Si el paquete nos es devuelto, los gastos de reenvío correrán por cuenta del cliente.

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe, two of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes. An order confirmation and receipt are sent automatically to your email address after each successful purchase. If you need a formal invoice, please contact us at info@unique-wines.com.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the perishable and regulated nature of alcoholic beverages, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the cases listed below.

We stand behind every bottle we ship. We will gladly assist you if:

  • Your bottle arrived broken or damaged due to carrier handling
  • The wine is defective upon arrival (corked, oxidized, or otherwise faulty)
  • You received a different product than what you ordered

To report an issue, email us at info@unique-wines.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds based on personal taste preferences. We encourage you to read each product’s tasting notes carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us at info@unique-wines.com or +1 941 500 9007 if you’d like a recommendation before ordering.

Age Verification & Legal

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Unique Wines. This is a strict legal requirement. Age is verified at two stages: upon entering the website via a confirmation checkbox, and at the time of delivery by the carrier, who will request a valid government-issued photo ID.

Florida law and federal regulations require that all alcohol shipments be delivered only to adults aged 21 or older. FedEx and UPS are required to verify age at the door before releasing the package. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID available when your order arrives.

Yes. Direct-to-consumer wine shipping is fully legal in Florida. A&R Enterprises of Manasota LLC d/b/a Unique Wines operates with all required state and federal licenses to sell and ship alcoholic beverages directly to consumers within Florida. All shipments are made in full compliance with applicable laws.

Products

All wines in our catalog are sourced directly from small, family-owned producers in Mendoza, Argentina. We work exclusively with boutique estates whose wines are not available through standard retail or distribution channels in Florida. Each label is hand-selected for its quality, character, and authenticity.

The producers we work with are small-batch estates with limited annual production. Their output is too small to supply large retail chains or standard distribution networks. We ship these wines directly from Mendoza to your door — without distributors or markups — which is the only way to access them in Florida.

We recommend storing wines in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and vibration, ideally between 55–65°F (13–18°C). In Florida’s warm climate, a wine fridge or a temperature-controlled area indoors is ideal. Avoid storing bottles near appliances that generate heat.
