The La Florita Cabernet Franc is a fresh and terroir-driven Cabernet Franc from Tupungato, Mendoza, grown at Finca El Peral at 1,150 meters above sea level. This wine comes from one of the lowest areas of the estate, grafted onto Syrah rootstock — a unique detail that contributes to its distinctive character. Harvested manually with cluster and berry selection, fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to 500-liter French oak barrels for approximately 10 months.
